Originally established in 1958 as the Planning and Design Institute of Juhua Group, the company underwent a diversified restructuring on May 18, 2003, relocating from Quzhou to Hangzhou, where it remains today. The company is a high-tech enterprise that integrates consulting, design, project management, and engineering general contracting services for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical engineering, and construction projects. 1. Competitive salary levels, with a guaranteed minimum income of RMB 80,000–120,000 per year for newly graduated university students during their first two years (with no upper limit).
