　　Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Consulting Industry Association announced the 2013 Awards for Outstanding Engineering Consulting Achievements. The application report for special funds on clean production, prepared by the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering for the carbon tetrachloride harmless and resource‑recovery treatment project of Ningbo Juhua Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded second prize.

　　In this selection process, the Association Secretariat, in accordance with the requirements of the “Provisional Measures for Rewarding Outstanding Engineering Consulting Achievements of Zhejiang Province,” reviewed and found 169 submissions to be compliant. On May 5, 2014, the Zhejiang Provincial Review Committee for Outstanding Engineering Consulting Achievements convened a plenary meeting in Hangzhou. The committee members carefully deliberated the expert panel’s preliminary review opinions on the submitted projects. Following thorough discussion and by secret ballot, a total of 95 projects were awarded, including 14 First Prizes, 34 Second Prizes, and 47 Third Prizes.
