Zhejiang Engineering Design Co., Ltd. Conducts Its First Inspection of ‘6S’ Management

To deepen the Group’s “6S” management initiative, effectively transform the company’s work style, and encourage all departments and offices to start with the details, cultivate sound behavioral norms, and enhance the company’s positive image, the Company Office, drawing on the Juhua Group’s 6S Management Measures and taking into account the company’s specific circumstances, has formulated the ZEDC “6S” Management Standards. Each department and office is now conducting a review and implementing corrective measures in accordance with these standards.
To implement this initiative, on June 26, 2014, the Company Office took the lead in organizing a first “6S” inspection of the office environment, with active participation from all departments. The initial assessment proceeded smoothly; following the adoption of “6S” management, the office environment showed significant improvement compared to its previous state, largely achieving the intended results. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold a “6S” management system that relies primarily on department‑designated “6S” supervisors for oversight, supplemented by company‑level inspections, thereby establishing a long‑term, sustainable management mechanism.
