On the morning of August 2, 2014, the Fourth Session of the Third Board of Directors of Zhejiang Engineering Institute, together with the Second Shareholders’ Meeting of 2014, was successfully held in Quzhou. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Wu Zhou’an. The directors, shareholders, and supervisors in attendance fully commended the design company’s business performance for the first half of 2014, as well as the significant breakthroughs and achievements made in strategic planning, qualification enhancement, business model innovation, and technological cooperation and R&D. They also reviewed and approved five key agenda items. In addition, the meeting laid out specific plans and requirements for the company’s next-phase production schedule, strategic research and development, management mechanism innovation, expansion of its business scope, and overall contract risk management.
