To boost the work enthusiasm of all employees, fully harness their positive energy, and encourage them to strive for excellence, while also urging everyone to stay fit and approach their duties with renewed vigor, our hospital sent representatives to participate in the Badminton Competition of the 8th Shangcheng District Sports Games and the 3rd Staff Games, held from September 13 to 14.
In this tournament, the team events are best-of-three sets, played to 11 points, with two singles matches and one doubles match. In the men’s Group A pool stage, our opponents were Hangzhou No. 2 High School, the Industrial Base, the Shangcheng District People’s Court of Hangzhou, and the Shangcheng District Education Bureau of Hangzhou. In the women’s Group B pool stage, we faced the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Inspection and Quarantine and the Shangcheng District Government Offices. Only the top two teams from each group advanced to the semifinals. After a day of intense competition, we ultimately secured an impressive sixth place in the men’s event and fourth place in the women’s event.
