Zhejiang Academy of Engineering Held a Strategic Planning Briefing Session

On the afternoon of November 3, in support of the implementation of the Institute’s 2015–2020 strategic plan, Zhejiang Engineering Institute organized a special briefing and dissemination session for all employees on the plan’s key components, with over 160 company staff in attendance.
The Zhejiang Academy of Engineering’s development strategy comprises one master plan and one sub‑plan. Following in‑depth research and a year-long preparation process, the plans have been finalized and will serve as the guiding framework for the company’s development and construction over the next five years. The briefing session was divided into two parts: first, a comprehensive overview of the plan’s overarching vision; second, an in‑depth examination of the three key strategic priorities—“establishing a new organizational management model,” “pioneering a new phase of business development,” and “strengthening and refining the human resources system.” The presentation was thorough and yielded positive results.
At the meeting, General Manager Zhu Yueting urged all departments to vigorously advance the implementation of the plan, with particular emphasis on the following key areas: First, align thinking and strengthen resolve. Strive to unify all employees around the plan’s content and the requirements for development, overcome challenges, and forge ahead with determination. Second, clarify direction and coordinate action. With a focus on critical priorities such as innovating management models, breaking new ground in business operations, and executing talent strategies, unite as one, work diligently, and strive to achieve even greater results. Third, ensure comprehensive implementation and emphasize practical outcomes. Further enhance the dissemination and communication of the plan, organizing a variety of activities to enable all employees to gain a thorough and in-depth understanding of its guiding principles, thereby ensuring that all requirements are fully put into practice.
