On November 12, the Zhejiang Engineering Institute organized an outdoor team-building activity as part of its Corporate Culture Promotion Month series. Through engaging exercises such as “Pass the Passion,” “Kangaroo Hop,” and “Caterpillar Tank,” employees experienced the spirit of “unity and collaboration, pursuit of knowledge, and gratitude” while fostering mutual cooperation and sparking creative ideas. They also enjoyed the physical and mental satisfaction that comes from participating in team activities. In addition, the event featured a quiz on the company’s corporate development strategy, which, through a lighthearted and interactive format, reinforced employees’ understanding of the company’s vision, mission, core values, and overarching strategic objectives.
This month, the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering will also host a series of events as part of its Corporate Culture Promotion Month, including design competitions for corporate culture walls, corporate PowerPoint templates, and computer screen savers. Through a diverse array of activities, the company aims to embed its corporate culture in the hearts of every employee and translate it into everyday work, delivering distinctive value-added services to customers and ultimately achieving its overarching strategic goals: “one transformation, two key areas, and three pillars of development.”
