To further clarify the situation, seize opportunities, refine our work plan for the coming year, and ensure the effective implementation of the company’s development strategy, the company convened an expanded study and discussion meeting of the Party Committee’s Theoretical Study Center on December 28, 2014. All company leaders and heads of departments attended the meeting, while the company’s supervisors were present in an observer capacity.
At the meeting, heads of each department briefly summarized their units’ key achievements and areas for improvement in 2014, and, in alignment with the company’s development strategy, outlined their departments’ plans and visions for 2015. The respective divisional leaders provided feedback on the work within their purview and set forth strategic implementation requirements for their respective areas. Finally, the company’s general manager conveyed the spirit of the Juhua Group Party Committee’s Theoretical Study Center Meeting and Chairman Hu Zhongming’s important instructions, and, drawing on the remarks of the divisional leaders and department heads, laid out an overall plan for the company’s 2015 development. He emphasized that 2015 marks the true starting point of the company’s strategic transformation and represents a pivotal year in its fourth entrepreneurial phase, urging all employees to shift their mindset, foster unity and collaboration, and translate strategic goals into concrete actions to drive both strategic execution and transformative growth.
