In alignment with the implementation of Zhejiang Engineering Institute’s 2015–2020 strategic plan, and to promote the dissemination and execution of the company’s corporate culture, the Institute launched a month-long corporate culture campaign across the entire organization starting in November. In his address at the launch ceremony of the Corporate Culture Month, Deputy General Manager Hong Xiaoming stated: “Only when an enterprise shares a unified cultural ethos can it consistently embrace unified management practices, implement a cohesive development strategy, cultivate an advanced corporate culture, foster the healthy growth of its employees, strengthen organizational cohesion, and enhance its competitive edge.”
During Corporate Culture Month, a series of “Five Ones” activities will be launched: a special briefing on strategic planning and the official kick-off ceremony for Corporate Culture Month, aligned with the implementation of the company’s strategic roadmap; a company-wide training and awareness campaign on corporate culture; a corporate culture knowledge contest; a cultural and sports competition; and a design contest for corporate identity. By organizing these initiatives, the company aims to further strengthen organizational cohesion and unity, foster a healthy and harmonious cultural environment, and channel the enthusiasm and high morale sparked among employees into powerful motivation at work, thereby driving continuous progress. The program will run through the end of December.
