On January 26, 2015, the Fifth Session of the Third Board of Directors of Zhejiang Engineering Institute was successfully held in Hangzhou. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Wu Zhou’an, and the supervisory team dispatched by the Group attended as observers.
The meeting fully commended the Zhejiang Engineering Institute for its outstanding business performance in 2014, a year marked by overall industry downturn and significant declines in peer companies’ results, as well as for the major breakthroughs it achieved in areas such as qualification upgrades, business expansion, and the effective application of project lessons learned. The meeting reviewed and approved three agenda items and, in particular, laid out key plans and set forth specific requirements for implementing the Institute’s 2015 strategic roadmap, enhancing its core competencies, improving its engineering general contracting management, and strengthening its internal management capabilities.
