To celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, to let female employees feel the organization’s care and expectations, as well as the warmth and support of the collective, and to further inspire them to strive for excellence in the new year, the hospital’s trade union organized a “March 8 Celebration” event.
On March 6, all the female employees of the institute, organized by the Women’s Committee, visited the East Scenic Area of Wuzhen. There, they toured attractions such as Mao Dun’s former residence, the Wuzhen Folk Customs Museum, and a blue-printed cloth workshop; they also enjoyed traditional performing arts, including flower‑drum opera and shadow puppetry, and took a ride on a traditional oar‑propelled boat to savor the picturesque waterside scenery.
Through this Women’s Day event, not only was communication and interaction among female employees fostered, but mutual understanding was deepened, bonds among colleagues were strengthened, and team cohesion was enhanced. All the female employees fully experienced the joy and happiness that the holiday brought them.
