To strengthen the development of the project’s core business and meet current project requirements, the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering formulated a comprehensive business development plan at the beginning of the year.
In recent years, due to the heavy workload of design projects, specialized departments have prioritized project completion, resulting in insufficient manpower for business development. Against the backdrop of a generally sluggish market and a decline in overall design throughput compared with previous periods, Zhejiang Engineering Institute has increased its human resource investment in business development, aiming to enhance the quality of design deliverables and strengthen the company’s core competencies. The company has categorized and summarized process‑operation units from past projects to develop standardized modules tailored to its own needs; collaborated with industry experts to leverage its technical expertise in preparing process packages, thereby establishing proprietary core technologies and bolstering its competitive edge; and reinforced quality awareness among design personnel, intensified follow‑up on client feedback, organized relevant teams to conduct root‑cause analyses, tracked outcomes and lessons learned, and implemented measures to prevent recurrence of identified issues.
