To further clarify the situation, respond to market dynamics, and advance the company’s strategic transformation, the Zhejiang Engineering Institute convened an expanded study-and‑exchange meeting of its Party Committee Theoretical Study Center on May 22, 2015. More than 40 participants, including mid‑level and senior management personnel as well as secretaries of all Party branches, attended the meeting, while Jiang Qi from the Group Company’s Fifth Supervisory Team was present in an observer capacity.
At the meeting, attendees shared their insights and reflections on Chairman Hu Zhongming of Juhua Group’s article, “The Mission and Responsibility of Cadres,” in light of the company’s specific circumstances. They also put forward their views and recommendations regarding the challenges and opportunities the company faces under the new normal, as well as the measures being taken to address them. The atmosphere was lively, with participants speaking freely, and the room was filled with a spirit of openness, determination, and collective resolve—ready to confront difficulties, pursue transformation, assume responsibility, and overcome adversity together. In closing, company leaders urged all cadres present to fulfill their duties conscientiously, leading by example while also guiding their teams; to serve as ambassadors of positive energy; and to remain mentally prepared for prolonged challenges, while proactively breaking with convention in their actions. They emphasized that these efforts are essential to advancing the company’s transformation and development.
