On the afternoon of February 29, more than sixty third-year chemical engineering students from Zhejiang University, accompanied by their faculty advisors, visited the Zhejiang Engineering Institute for an on-site learning session. Wei Mingguang, chief engineer of the institute, along with two other experts, served as lecturers, presenting on the current state and future trends of chemical engineering design, the application of modern design methods and tools—such as Aspen Plus and CaesarII—to enhance quality and efficiency, and the career benefits of mastering SP3D. Following the lecture, the students toured the design firm’s office space, gaining a deeper understanding of the organization and operational dynamics of a chemical engineering design institute. The students unanimously agreed that the session had strengthened their ability to integrate theory with practice and provided concrete guidance for their career choices.

Over the years, Zhejiang Engineering Institute has consistently identified and nurtured outstanding, innovation‑driven talent, attracting high‑caliber students to join the company while also enhancing its reputation on university campuses.
