Recently, the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering convened the fourth session of its fifth Workers’ Congress in the Sanqiang Hall on the first floor of the company. Attending the meeting were employee representatives, cadres at or above the deputy section level, and branch secretaries.
At the meeting, General Manager Zhu Yueting delivered a report titled “Consolidating the Foundations for Development, Pursuing Breakthroughs, and Advancing Sustainable Growth.” The key highlights of the first half of the year can be summarized as follows: prioritizing the development and nurturing of new business lines to drive diversification; vigorously implementing an information encryption system to enhance IT‑driven management; focusing on reforming the internal bonus‑allocation mechanism within specialized departments; actively pursuing HSE‑system certification to strengthen the internal management framework; and proactively advancing applications for high‑tech enterprise status to lay the groundwork for corporate upgrading and expansion. In addition, the main priorities for the second half of the year were outlined: building on successful system certifications to implement continuous improvement and further refine internal management; leveraging high‑tech enterprise qualification to standardize operations in line with relevant requirements; ensuring the smooth execution of ongoing projects while securing the successful launch of new major initiatives; innovating project‑management frameworks and communication mechanisms based on ongoing process enhancements; and, grounded in systematic planning, steadily advancing the implementation of all management functions.
