On the morning of April 26, 2018, Wang Xin, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shangcheng District Committee and Head of the Organization Department, led a delegation to visit and conduct a research tour at the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering.
Minister Wang toured the office facilities of the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering, where he listened in detail to presentations by Chairman Zhou Yongqing and Deputy General Manager Jia Fucheng on the company’s historical development, operational performance, employment practices, and talent‑development initiatives. He also inquired about the challenges and obstacles the enterprise faces in its growth trajectory and, based on the company’s specific circumstances, offered valuable recommendations for its future development.
Minister Wang pointed out that, as a talent‑intensive enterprise, the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering should further innovate its thinking and broaden its horizons, fully leveraging local talent policies to foster workforce development and drive corporate innovation, thereby achieving sustainable growth. The District Committee will do its utmost to coordinate with relevant departments to address the challenges and difficulties enterprises face during their development, providing policy alignment and ongoing support to facilitate their progress.
