On the morning of July 5, 2018, the Zhejiang Engineering Design Corporation (ZEDC) and Sweden’s CEAB Engineering AB held a signing ceremony in Hangzhou to establish a joint venture through mutual investment. Zhu Yueting, General Manager of ZEDC, and Peter Olausson, CEO of CEAB, signed the agreement.
ZEDC has consistently prioritized the development of its hydrogen peroxide business, having provided comprehensive construction‑level design services to more than ten hydrogen peroxide producers nationwide, successfully facilitating their commissioning and production. Through this work, ZEDC has amassed extensive design expertise, demonstrated robust engineering capabilities, and established a notable reputation within the industry. By jointly investing with CEAB to establish a joint venture, ZEDC aims to leverage CEAB’s technological R&D strengths and brand recognition, while scaling up CEAB’s advanced, mature fluidized‑bed hydrogen peroxide technology through engineering optimization. This strategic move will enable ZEDC to further capture market share in China’s hydrogen peroxide sector and secure a leading position in cutting‑edge hydrogen peroxide process technologies. At the same time, it will enhance ZEDC’s standing in the hydrogen peroxide industry, expand its hydrogen peroxide design and EPC offerings, and transform the hydrogen peroxide business into a key growth engine that underpins ZEDC’s future development—underscoring its significant strategic importance.
