On October 27, 2018, the Fourth Congress of Party Members of the Zhejiang Engineering Institute of the Communist Party of China was successfully convened. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Pan Hao, a member of the company’s Party Committee. Comrade Wu Zhou’an, a member of the Juhua Group Party Committee and Chief Engineer, attended along with responsible officials from the Organization Department and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department. A total of 93 party members of the company and 7 specially invited delegates participated in the meeting.
Comrade Wu Zhou’an of Juhua Group addressed the meeting, extending, on behalf of the Party Committee of Juhua Group, warm congratulations on the convening of the conference. He commended the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering for its remarkable progress and achievements in Party building over recent years, and urged all participants to steadfastly strengthen Party building, promote development, fortify the workforce, and safeguard stability, thereby fully leveraging the political core role of the Party organization and the exemplary, pioneering role of Party members in the company’s transformation and growth.
Comrade Zhu Yueting, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered the Party Committee’s work report. The report comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the third-term Party Committee in carrying out its various tasks, clearly articulated the mission and strategic goals for the company’s new stage of development, and outlined the guiding principles for the next phase of work. It called on all Party members to take the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as their guide, to lead by example and inspire all employees, and to strive tirelessly to successfully achieve the goals of the 13th Five-Year Plan, launch the 14th Five-Year Plan, realize strategic transformation and upgrading, and write a new chapter of innovative development.
At this Party members’ congress, the Fourth Committee of the Communist Party of China at Zhejiang Engineering Design Co., Ltd. and its Commission for Discipline Inspection were elected.
