Hangzhou Zheke Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Venture”), jointly established through investment by Sweden’s Kemitek Corporation and the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering, was officially inaugurated in Hangzhou on December 6, 2018, marking the formal commencement of cooperation between Kemitek and the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering.
The joint venture will introduce Kemiteco’s advanced fluidized-bed hydrogen peroxide technology and, leveraging the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering’s engineering capabilities and expertise, scale up this technology for commercial deployment. Through collaborative efforts in R&D optimization, early‑stage market promotion, sales, and after‑sales service, the partnership aims to capture a leading position in China’s hydrogen peroxide market and establish technological supremacy in hydrogen peroxide production processes, while also positioning itself to serve the global market from a China‑based platform.
The establishment of the joint venture marks a new starting point for the collaboration between Kaimaituo Company and Zhejiang Academy of Engineering. Moving forward, the two parties will leverage the joint venture as a platform to expand cooperation into additional fields, while further deepening multi‑faceted collaboration between Kaimaituo and Juhua Group—the parent company of Zhejiang Academy of Engineering—thereby forging a powerful partnership between two leading chemical giants.
