On the morning of March 28, 2019, Chen Minya, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Committee of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, accompanied by officials from the “Two New” Working Committee and the Ziyang Subdistrict, paid a visit to the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering. Zhu Yueting, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, Cao Xiong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, along with heads of the Human Resources Department and the Party and Government Office, joined in the reception.
Deputy Minister Chen Minya stated that this visit was conducted at the request of Wang Xin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shangcheng District Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, who is currently undergoing intensive training and serves as the direct contact person for the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering. The purpose is to implement the relevant requirements of Shangcheng District’s “Three Connections, Three Leadership, Three Services” initiative, engage directly with enterprises, and promptly help them resolve practical issues and challenges. Following the visit, she will promptly report the findings to Minister Wang and take steps to address the difficulties and meet the needs encountered in the development of the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering.
Meanwhile, Vice Minister Chen Minya and her delegation commended the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering for the innovative vitality it has demonstrated in Party building and talent development. They stated that they would further strengthen local collaborative efforts, advancing the establishment of the “Shangcheng–Hongxing” Party‑building consortium to deepen engagement with enterprises on Party‑building initiatives; in the area of talent development, they will implement targeted, one‑on‑one services and intensify outreach on talent‑related policies; and in fostering cooperation among enterprises within the district, they will leverage the government’s role in facilitating information sharing and matchmaking to further promote the formation of industry alliances.
Zhu Yueting, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering, expressed his gratitude for the longstanding support and assistance from the local government. He stated that the company will fully leverage the relevant policies of the local government to further advance its development and continue to give back to the government and society through growth.
