On the morning of July 2, the Engineering Design Company held a ceremony to commemorate the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to recognize outstanding achievements in Party building. Zhu Yueting, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and General Manager, conveyed the spirit of the important address delivered by Du Shiyuan, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and Chairman, entitled “New Stage, New Tasks, New Breakthroughs: Advancing a New Round of Integrated Innovation Under Strategic Guidance,” and then gave a Party‑building lecture titled “Bear in Mind Party Members’ Obligations and Emphasize Everyday Practice.” Hong Xiaoming, Member of the Company’s Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, read out the decision on commendations and presented awards on the spot. Before the solemn Party flag, seven prospective Party members took their oath of admission.
The meeting called on all Party members and cadres to take the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and the 13th Provincial Party Congress as their guiding principles. In their daily work, they should meticulously align themselves with each of the eight obligations, consistently exemplify exemplary conduct in every situation, set a leading example, and take the initiative to fulfill their duties—seeking solutions around set goals and translating those solutions into concrete actions. At the same time, it is essential to strengthen the Party’s self‑building, enhance the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political work, cultivate corporate culture, and foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the Party’s advanced nature and fighting capacity. We must boost our morale, summon genuine determination, firmly uphold the Scientific Outlook on Development, unite and lead all cadres and employees to pursue pragmatism and innovation, strive for progress, and make fresh contributions to the company’s continued development. The Party members in attendance were deeply educated and inspired, vowing to remain committed to their posts, intensify their studies, improve their personal qualities, and make greater contributions to the enterprise.
The meeting invited Professor Guo Yading from the Provincial Party School to deliver a Party lecture titled “The History and Experience of the Communist Party of China.” More than 80 Party members from the Engineering Design Company attended the event.
