Multidisciplinary talent is a valuable asset for enterprises. On the evening of July 15, management personnel at the deputy-section level and above, along with Party branch secretaries, gathered to share their insights and experiences from the “Lu Boxiang Course” series of management training, thereby building momentum and fostering positive energy to further advance the company’s transformation, upgrading, and innovative development.
ZEDC has fully leveraged its educational resource advantages in Hangzhou, overcoming the challenges posed by heavy design workloads and tight deadlines. By aligning with the “Dual Learning” initiative, ZEDC has strengthened internal capabilities, enhanced competencies, and transformed its work style. At the beginning of the year, ZEDC carefully selected management system learning resources tailored to the company’s needs, requiring all managers at the junior level and above to dedicate three hours each Monday evening to systematically study 20 topics across three key areas—personal management, organizational management, and marketing management. Through pre-class reflection, post-class assignments, course handouts, and key answer guidelines, ZEDC has improved both the efficiency and outcomes of its learning efforts. This initiative represents a concrete step taken by ZEDC, in coordination with the Group, to accelerate transformation and upgrading and to implement the “12th Five-Year Plan” strategy in depth. It also serves as a powerful measure to elevate managerial competence and build a learning‑oriented organization.
“Clearly define the purpose of learning, strike a balance between ‘letting go’ and ‘gaining,’ between ‘mind’ and ‘wallet,’ and between the immediate and the long term; cultivate sound understanding, proceed step by step, and share and build upon accumulated experience.” “Leaders must possess qualities, capabilities, and moral cultivation, with broad-mindedness, unwavering conviction, strong organizational and managerial skills, and the ability to recognize talent and put people in the right roles.” “Through learning, we should elevate our awareness, refine our vision, apply what we have learned in practice, and strengthen our execution capacity”... The cadres in attendance, drawing on their own management experiences, shared their reflections and insights on how to chart and advance institutional development from a higher vantage point, and on how to excel in their respective duties. They unanimously expressed that, through study, they had enriched their knowledge and further enhanced their capacity for managerial innovation; that it had invigorated their spirits and rekindled their passion for work and entrepreneurship; and that it had refreshed their mindsets and strengthened their resolve to innovate boldly.
This systematic program commenced on February 19, comprising a total of 120 hours of coursework and scheduled to be completed over a period of ten months.
