On December 9, the Party Committee of the Zhejiang Engineering Institute convened a special democratic life meeting on the Party’s mass line education and practice campaign. Wu Zhou’an, Assistant to the General Manager of Juhua Group Co., Ltd., and members of the Fourth Supervision Team for the Party’s mass line education and practice campaign attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the company’s Party Committee and its members conscientiously reviewed and compared their own shortcomings in addressing the “Four Undesirables,” engaged in candid criticism and self-criticism, thoroughly analyzed the ideological roots of these issues, and formulated concrete corrective measures. They also clarified the direction for future work and, in light of the company’s 2014 reform and development agenda, put forward relevant suggestions and recommendations. Chen Biqi, head of the supervisory team, delivered a concluding summary and commentary, noting that the Zhejiang Engineering Institute’s Party Committee had conducted this activity with rigorous focus, ensuring that both its format and content aligned with Juhua Group’s requirements while remaining grounded in the institute’s specific circumstances. The committee proactively addressed pressing concerns raised by employees and the broader workforce. Moving forward, it is essential to establish long-term mechanisms and translate all feedback and suggestions into concrete actions for next year’s work. During the meeting, Assistant General Manager Wu Zhou’an fully commended the leadership team of the Zhejiang Engineering Institute for their comprehensive efforts and outlined four key requirements: first, to vigorously pursue innovation in business models, working methods, and institutional frameworks; second, to prioritize capacity-building in talent development and marketing; third, to strengthen risk management, particularly in guarding against operational and integrity-related risks; and fourth, to strictly adhere to national codes and standards in project design, ensuring quality control and effectively managing business risks. Members of the company’s non-Communist Party executive team also attended the meeting.
