On December 21, the Party Committee of the Zhejiang Engineering Institute, aiming to elevate the quality of its Party-building work, led a delegation of seven—headed by Secretary Zhu Yueting and including the secretaries of all its branches—to Juhua Group’s advanced grassroots Party organization, the Fluorine Company, to conduct benchmarking studies on Party-building practices.
Pan Yuqun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Juhua Fluorine Chemical Company, presented an overview of the company’s foundational Party‑building work, corporate culture, and integrity‑building initiatives. Meanwhile, branch secretaries engaged in mutual exchanges on Party‑building activities, record‑keeping systems, and relevant institutional frameworks. Through this learning and dialogue, they clarified their objectives and identified areas for improvement. The study group from the Zhejiang Engineering Institute expressed gratitude to the Party Committee of the Fluorine Chemical Company and its branch secretaries for setting aside their weekends to provide guidance and support. They pledged to take the Fluorine Chemical Company’s Party Committee as a benchmark, learn with humility, and bring back the experience gained in Party‑building to apply at the Zhejiang Engineering Institute. By aligning with these best practices and implementing targeted measures, they aim to elevate the Institute’s Party‑building efforts to a new level.
