On May 19, 2016, the Party Committee of Zhejiang Engineering Institute convened the launch meeting for the “Two Studies, One Action” study and education campaign. The Party Secretary delivered a special Party lecture and outlined key arrangements for the initiative, marking the official commencement of the campaign among all party members within the company’s Party Committee. A total of 25 participants attended the meeting, including leading cadres at the junior management level and above, as well as branch committee members and higher-ranking officials.
First, Comrade Zhu Yueting, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, delivered a special Party lecture on the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign. He elaborated on four key aspects: firmly advancing the campaign; deeply recognizing its profound significance; emphasizing genuine study and practical action while rigorously addressing shortcomings; and closely aligning learning and education with the goal of cultivating qualified Communist Party members. He also outlined three priority requirements for the company’s “Two Studies, One Action” initiative: First, elevate ideological awareness, thoroughly grasp the spirit of the campaign, fully appreciate the necessity of conducting this educational effort, and enhance self‑motivation in both study and practice. Second, strengthen organizational implementation throughout the process: each branch should, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the Company Party Committee, earnestly organize and carry out the campaign, fostering a sense of proactive engagement; all Party members and cadres at every level must set an example by actively participating in their respective branch’s study and practice activities. Third, focus on achieving tangible results: while ensuring solid learning, place particular emphasis on action—using study to clarify rules, discipline, and expectations, thereby further strengthening one’s thinking, ideals, and convictions. Moreover, by benchmarking against established goals and drawing inspiration from exemplary models, identify gaps and address weaknesses, and develop concrete approaches to enhance both individual and organizational capabilities. This calls for immediate corrective action, continuous improvement as learning progresses, and sustained long‑term rectification, so as to better support the company’s core work.
Comrade Lai Guoxing, deputy head of the Sixth Supervision Group of the Party Committee of Juhua Group Corporation for the “Two Studies, One Action” study and education campaign, put forward five requirements for the Party Committee of Zhejiang Engineering Institute: first, ensure that all mandated activities are carried out thoroughly; second, make self-selected initiatives distinctive and innovative; third, compile and summarize experience‑based materials from the study and education efforts; fourth, strengthen daily communication and coordination; and fifth, properly organize Party members at construction sites to guarantee full participation by all Party members in the study and education campaign.
