On the afternoon of December 27, 2018, at the 2018 Zhejiang Province Conference on Sharing Best Practices in Corporate Culture Development within the Survey and Design Industry, the Zhejiang Engineering Institute once again received the title of Outstanding Unit for Corporate Culture Development in the provincial survey and design sector. This marks the second consecutive year the company has been honored with this distinction, following its initial award in 2015.
In recent years, the leadership of Zhejiang Engineering Institute has attached great importance to corporate culture development, actively pursued cultural innovation, and bolstered the company’s growth momentum. This year marks the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up, the 15th anniversary of the “88 Strategy,” and the 60th anniversary of Juhua’s founding—while also coinciding with the 15th anniversary of the Institute’s relocation to Hangzhou. Building on the new-era Juhua spirit of “self-improvement, self-confidence, unity, and synergy,” the company remains true to its original vision for relocating to Hangzhou, rekindling the entrepreneurial fervor of those early days. By integrating its corporate strategy with cultural development, it is striving to cultivate a strategic culture that harmonizes sound business principles with humanistic care, thereby advancing the company’s transformation and upgrading in depth.
Zhejiang Engineering Institute will take this award as an opportunity to further translate the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into concrete actions, thereby advancing the company’s scientific, sustainable, and high-quality development.
