The technical renovation project of Shandong Shitaifeng Fertilizer Co., Ltd., which utilizes coal-water slurry gasification to treat high-concentration wastewater while co-producing ammonia (and alcohol), was designed by the Zhejiang Engineering Institute. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the design team, the conceptual design has been completed. At present, the project team is proceeding with the detailed engineering design.
This project is a next-generation coal‑gasification chemical facility and represents the first installation under the technology‑transfer partnership between Zhejiang Engineering Institute and Jinju Company. It marks the company’s initial foray into a strategy of “strong‑to‑strong collaboration, complementary strengths, and the development of new business lines,” while also serving as a new driver of growth and setting a benchmark for future market expansion.
