Recently, the design team of our company’s Electronic Wet Chemicals Project at Zhejiang Kaisheng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd. braved the sweltering summer heat to conduct a design follow-up visit at the facility.
During the project design review, the project team conducted an on-site inspection, carefully examining the condition of the plant buildings, equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation systems, and other construction elements. They also solicited relevant feedback and engaged in discussions with Kaisen Company personnel regarding aspects such as equipment layout and process piping. While fully acknowledging the high quality of the project’s design, Kaisen Company identified several issues that had arisen during the design phase. The project team will analyze and synthesize the feedback received, aiming to prevent similar problems in the future and continuously enhance the overall level of design.
At present, the project has entered the trial‑production phase, with the plant operating normally and all performance indicators meeting the design specifications.
