Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd. will construct a new 40,000-ton-per-year coal-water slurry–based hydrogen production unit.

　　The kickoff meeting for the construction‑drawing design of Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 40,000‑ton‑per‑year synthetic ammonia (gasification unit) project—featuring a new integrated coal‑gasification technology—was held on January 16, 2017, in the company’s seventh‑floor conference room.

　　Upon completion, this project will annually treat 21,800 tons of high‑concentration wastewater generated by Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd.’s existing facilities, producing 9,000 Nm³ of hydrogen per hour. This project represents a concrete measure undertaken by Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd. to actively advance the circular economy and vigorously promote clean production.

　　Our company has collaborated with Zhejiang Jinju Company to complete the process package design and conceptual design. In the subsequent detailed engineering phase, we will draw on the strengths of existing facilities to refine and optimize the design.
