Shanshan New Materials (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. 50,000-ton-per-year lithium-ion battery materials project

　　The 50,000-ton-per-year lithium‑battery materials project (Phase I) of Shanshan New Materials (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. is located in the High‑Tech Zone of the Quzhou Green Industry Cluster. Phase I covers 223 mu and involves an investment of RMB 519 million. Shanshan Co., Ltd. and Juhua Group will establish comprehensive cooperation across project investment, technological R&D, product manufacturing, and market operations. Construction commenced on October 20, 2016, with plans to ultimately achieve an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and 50,000 tons of lithium‑ion battery electrolyte. Upon completion, the project is expected to become a world‑class domestic and international base for the production and R&D of core lithium‑battery materials.
