Nylon 6 Phase III Project of Fujian Jinjiang Technology Co., Ltd.

　　Recently, the process and piping detailed design for the Phase III Nylon 6 project of Fujian Jinjiang Technology Co., Ltd. is being vigorously carried out at our company.

　　This project will construct two new 200 t/d nylon‑6 fiber‑grade production lines, one semi‑gloss and one fully glossy. It will also include a 150 t/d OMDP production line, which incorporates an extractable‑recovery unit for the second‑stage polymerization reactor. OMDP is a patented technology developed by Wood Evanda Fischer (UIF) to recover extractables in PA6 production when the reversible reactions in the polymerization process approach equilibrium. The OMDP line comprises an extractant‑water purification system and a specialized re‑polymerization reactor. The reversible polymerization stage of OMDP includes key equipment such as an excess‑water concentration kettle, an oligomer‑degradation reactor, a homogenizer, and a VK tube. OMDP can be integrated with other technologies to enable direct recovery of extractants from the polymerization process.
