Due to the pandemic, Group-level Model Worker Hong Haibo and Group-level Advanced Worker Zhou Jia attended Juhua Group’s Model Worker award ceremony via video conference in Hangzhou. Though separated by a screen, Hong Haibo—buckled with a red sash and holding a large, crimson‑velvet certificate of merit—felt deeply moved as the rousing strains of the National Anthem filled the air on television. After the event, he said, “I never imagined that an ordinary design professional like myself could be recognized as a Group-level Model Worker at Juhua. I am truly grateful for the company’s guidance and support. I will cherish this honor, unite and lead my colleagues, and strive to enhance quality and efficiency while contributing to the company’s high‑quality development.”
