Recently, the Engineering Design Union marked International Women’s Day with the theme “Warmth on March 8th.” · Under the theme “Ten Miles of Spring Breeze, With You in My Blooming Years,” female employees were invited to join a spring outing to Yuhang’s Romantic Cherry Blossom Valley and Pingyao Old Street, allowing them to reconnect with nature and savor the beauty of spring amidst their busy work schedules.

Just the day before International Women’s Day, one female colleague received an assignment requiring her to travel for the holiday, leaving her unable to take part in the celebrations. They understand all too well that meeting customer needs comes first, and promptly resolving issues for clients is the company’s top priority. For our clients, solving problems a day sooner means getting back to work—and generating value—a day earlier. That’s who they are: day in and day out, they play indispensable roles in their respective positions.
The Romantic Cherry Blossom Valley is located in Pingyao Town, north of Hangzhou, covering an area of… 600 mu, growing on hills of various sizes, nearly 6 With ten thousand cherry trees, this is Zhejiang’s largest cherry‑blossom forest—particularly renowned for its rarest variety, whose blossoms are a striking shade of green—and boasts the most diverse collection of cherry‑blossom cultivars. In the valley, the snow‑white cherries exude a fresh, delicate elegance; the fiery reds blaze with vibrant brilliance; and the tender pink blossoms drift like clouds or brocade. Immersed in this scene, one’s eyes are met at every turn with the soft, rosy hues of spring, as if stepping into a fairyland.

As soon as they stepped off the bus, visitors were captivated by rows of traditional houses, quaint little streets and alleyways steeped in nostalgia, and the neatly laid stone pavements beneath their feet—transporting them back to the last century.

If it weren’t for an event organized by my workplace, how would I have known that Yuhang has such a vast cherry blossom forest park? Or that Pingyao Town actually hides a hidden gem of an old street?” said Zhang, a female designer, with a sense of wonder.
Caring for female employees has long been a cherished tradition at the engineering design company. This year’s “March 8” Women’s Day outing allowed everyone to unwind, strengthen team cohesion, and recharge amid the vibrant spirit of spring. Participants unanimously pledged to approach their work with renewed vigor and energy, fully embracing their pivotal role as “half the sky” and contributing even more to the company’s robust growth.
