In today’s era of rapid technological advancement, artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way we live, work, and learn at an unprecedented pace. To align with this trend and enhance employees’ understanding and practical skills in AI applications, the engineering design firm has specially invited a hands-on AI expert to deliver a lecture titled “The Future of AI: Office Applications of Artificial Intelligence,” offering a unique and insightful learning experience to staff across functional departments and technical professionals.
Drawing on their profound theoretical expertise and extensive practical experience, the experts clearly and comprehensively explained how AI technologies are applied in areas such as office automation, data analysis, and intelligent decision-making. From routine document processing and meeting minutes to graphic design, video production, and live streaming, AI can provide robust support, making work smarter and more efficient.
“With AI‑powered software, we can not only automate data processing but also leverage advanced analytics tools for precise forecasting and decision support, transforming traditional spreadsheet‑based workflows into intelligent, dynamic data management.” Zhang Yijia from the Human Resources Department, who frequently uses Excel in her daily work, believes that this technological empowerment allows us to free ourselves from tedious manual tasks.
“AI image‑generation software can automatically detect imperfections, noise, blurriness, and other issues in images, then intelligently repair and enhance them. At the same time, it can automatically identify objects, scenes, and other elements within an image, enabling precise selection and inpainting to make the final result look more natural and cohesive.” Pan Jingyun from the HR department, who loves photo editing, is particularly passionate about graphic design; leveraging such AI tools has taken her editing skills to the next level.
“ “Teachers use AI technology to transform static images into lively short videos. By adding animated effects, background music, and transition animations, the images seem to come alive, telling brief yet engaging stories.” Hu Xia of the Research Institute for Construction believes that this process has taught us how to integrate AI technology with visual storytelling, enabling us to create more compelling works.
The atmosphere at the event was vibrant, with attendees actively posing questions and engaging in in-depth discussions with the experts. Technical professionals were particularly interested in how AI can deliver value in specific business contexts. Drawing on real-world examples, the experts shared concrete applications of AI—such as boosting operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience—sparking boundless imagination and creativity among the participants. After gaining insights into and hands-on experience with several AI use cases, we recognized that, while AI is still in its early stages of adoption, it holds tremendous potential for future growth. We should embrace AI and leverage it in this wave of innovation, rather than shying away from it; after all, the true challenge ahead will not be AI itself, but the people who wield it.
The recent special lecture, “The Future of AI: Office Applications of Artificial Intelligence,” was held in alignment with the Group’s commitment to digital and intelligent transformation. It not only deepened participants’ understanding of AI technologies but also ignited boundless aspirations for the future of smart offices. Moving forward, the company will continue to explore the limitless potential of AI in empowering business operations and production, cultivate vibrant examples of digital and intelligent transformation, and create a smarter, more efficient work environment for our employees—working together to embrace the challenges and opportunities of this new technological era.
