Recently, the engineering design firm was invited by the Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to participate in the “Tide Gathering in Hangzhou” university outreach event and the 2025 Shangcheng District delegation’s talent recruitment drive in Henan. During the event, seven leading enterprises from Hangzhou’s Shangcheng District showcased more than a hundred high-quality job openings, drawing enthusiastic participation from students of diverse disciplines at Zhengzhou University, Henan University, and other institutions.

The engineering design firm also extended a warm invitation to university students, offering them promising career opportunities. This time, in line with the distinctive strengths of two leading universities, the company highlighted two key positions: chemical process design and chemical machinery design. At the event, we conducted corporate presentations using display boards and PowerPoint slides, providing detailed insights into the company’s history, core business areas, compensation and benefits, and career advancement pathways. In addition, by coordinating closely with graduate‑student advisors from the universities’ chemical engineering departments, we shared information on corporate culture and specific job requirements. The presentation and campus recruitment fair drew a large number of recent graduates, many of whom hold master’s degrees. Several students noted that Hangzhou’s thriving digital‑economy ecosystem, its vibrant urban innovation environment, and its supportive talent policies were key factors in attracting them. Meanwhile, the HR department engaged in one‑on‑one Q&A sessions on site, thoroughly addressing details such as job qualifications and training programs, thereby strengthening students’ confidence in the company.

This talent‑attraction initiative represents a key step in the engineering design company’s implementation of its “talent‑driven enterprise” strategy. Moving forward, the company will work closely with government agencies to continuously refine its recruitment policies, adopting a dual‑track approach that combines campus recruitment with internship programs. It will deepen collaboration with top-tier universities—such as those in the 211, 985, and Double First-Class initiatives—and leverage Hangzhou’s geographic advantages to provide young professionals with platforms for technological innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development, thereby fostering the seamless integration of the “talent chain” with the “industrial chain.”
