2025 This year, the Dragon Boat Festival coincided with International Children’s Day on June 1st, and the design company’s trade union, in collaboration with the Discipline Inspection Commission, meticulously planned… “ Childlike Innocence, Integrity of Heart ・ Family Traditions Convey Love ” A heartwarming parent–child graffiti activity has begun, 50 Household employees and their families actively participated, sharing joyful parent–child moments through creative graffiti.
In the lead-up to the event, the union meticulously prepared items printed with lotus flowers, bamboo segments, “ Integrity ” Two‑character and other colorful patterned canvas bags, along with paint sets, were distributed to every employee who signed up for the event. Upon receiving the materials, the children were overjoyed, eagerly transforming themselves into… “ Little Artist ” , or sitting alone at the desk, holding a paintbrush and carefully coloring in the patterns; or inviting mom and dad to join in—choosing colors together while you fill in the details, collaboratively bringing the artwork to life. Meanwhile, parents quietly offer encouragement, patiently lend a hand, and capture their child’s focused creative moments on their phones, creating an exceptionally warm and heartwarming scene.
This parent–child graffiti activity is an innovative initiative by the company’s trade union to show care for employees’ families and enrich their cultural lives. At the same time, it serves as a vivid example of the company’s discipline inspection commission deepening its thematic education, integrating integrity‑building into family life through engaging, educational activities and injecting the “family culture” into efforts to foster a clean and upright corporate environment. Moving forward, ， The trade union will continue to explore innovative event formats, design more engaging activities that resonate with employees’ daily lives, and steadily enhance the sense of well-being and belonging among their families, thereby injecting vitality into the creation of a harmonious and warm corporate atmosphere.
