To further enhance the professional competence of the discipline inspection team and advance the building of a sound Party conduct and clean governance as well as anti-corruption efforts in greater depth, 5 month 28 On the afternoon of [date], the Discipline Inspection Commission of the design company convened a training session for supervisors of Party and government conduct. All members of the Discipline Inspection Commission, discipline inspection officers, branch-level discipline inspectors, and the first cohort of supervisors of Party and government conduct attended the training.
Prior to the meeting, appointment letters were presented to supervisors of Party and government conduct. 12 The supervisors are nominated by the respective branches and selected by the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and are grouped according to business similarity into the Design, General Contracting, Huajiang, and Jukong–Juke teams. 4 A supervisory team has been established to achieve full coverage of the company’s key units and departments in Party conduct and integrity building, further broadening oversight channels and extending the reach of supervision.
In the first phase of the training, Wang Yongze, formerly Director of the Integrity Education Center of the Hangzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and currently Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Hangzhou Agricultural Development Group, delivered a special lecture. Drawing on his many years of experience in handling cases, Secretary Wang provided a clear and insightful analysis of supervisory work from perspectives including oversight responsibilities and the distinction between activities inside and outside working hours. He also shared three key insights—clarifying the boundaries between disciplinary and legal standards, paying close attention to unusual details, and steadfastly upholding integrity and a pure初心—based on corporate cases of disciplinary violations. In the second phase, Wu Xiaoyan, Secretary of the Company’s Commission for Discipline Inspection, focused on comprehensively advancing strict Party governance and implementing the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation. By examining common problems and typical cases, she guided participants in understanding and grasping the core principles of this regulation. In the third phase, Yang Fan, Deputy Director of the Discipline Inspection Office, read out the duties and workflow of supervisors and shared her experiences gained during her secondment to the Group’s Commission for Discipline Inspection, encouraging all supervisors to fulfill their responsibilities proactively.
At the meeting, Secretary Wu Xiaoyan emphasized that supervisors must ensure that… “ Three Possessions ” First, be attentive, identifying emerging issues with a keen eye; second, be resolute, serving as a strong pillar for disciplinary inspection work; third, be accountable, cherishing one’s position and earnestly fulfilling supervisory duties. All participants pledged to take this training as an opportunity to continuously enhance their ability to perform their duties and contribute to the company’s sound development.
This training is part of the company’s Discipline Inspection Commission’s efforts to advance… “ Three transformations ” This is an important measure for strengthening governance, and it effectively extends the outcomes of thematic education to the grassroots level. Moving forward, the company will leverage the expertise of Party‑style and government‑style supervisors to further broaden and deepen oversight, forge synergies in supervision, and continuously build a discipline inspection team that is loyal, clean, and responsible, thereby providing robust safeguards for the enterprise’s high‑quality development.
