On March 18, the Engineering Design Company and Yankuang Lunan Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lunan Chemical”) held a signing ceremony at the Engineering Design Company for the engineering procurement (EP) contract of the caprolactam capacity expansion and renovation project.
The project is located within the premises of Yankuang Lunan Chemical Co., Ltd. in Mushi Town, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, and primarily involves expanding and upgrading the existing caprolactam production facility. As a key initiative for Yankuang Lunan Chemical to optimize its product mix and enhance market competitiveness, this caprolactam expansion and renovation project carries the important mission of reducing costs and improving efficiency, conserving energy and lowering consumption, and strengthening the advantages of its industrial chain.
The project encompasses multiple phases, including detailed site investigation, detailed engineering design, and equipment procurement. It also involves upgrading existing facilities with advanced technologies to increase caprolactam production capacity, while undertaking the preparation of project-specific documentation, coordinating approval processes, and providing related technical support.
As the winning bidder for the Engineering Procurement (EP) contract of this project, the engineering design firm will assume full responsibility for project design, procurement, and related technical services.
