On the afternoon of June 13, 2019, Fan Weidong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shangcheng District Party Committee and Director of the Publicity Department, along with Deputy Director Xiao Bin and a delegation of five, paid a visit to the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering. Zhu Yueting, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and General Manager, together with representatives from relevant departments, accompanied the delegation and extended a warm welcome.
General Manager Zhu expressed his gratitude to the Shangcheng District Government for its longstanding support and care for the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering. The company will further strengthen local Party building and economic cooperation, and give back to society through the achievements of its transformation and development.
Fan Weidong pointed out that the Zhejiang Academy of Engineering is a highly specialized enterprise. In the new era of development, it should further leverage the strengths of state-owned enterprises and enhance its core competitiveness. At the same time, it should make full use of resources such as the Wushan Lecture Hall in Shangcheng District and numerous Party-building demonstration bases to advance joint Party-building initiatives. He also instructed the officials from the Publicity Department and the subdistricts present to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and support, and to utilize the “Shangcheng Release” app to help enterprises with publicity and promotion.
