　　In March 2014, the Engineering Design Institute obtained a Class B Specialized Qualification Certificate for Environmental Engineering (Water Pollution Prevention and Control Projects), issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development. The institute is authorized to undertake general contracting for environmental engineering projects within the scope of its license, as well as project management and related technical and managerial services.
