Natural Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project of Ningqiang Xuri Natural Gas Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd.
The project developer is Ningqiang Xuri Natural Gas Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd. The project is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park of Ningqiang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, with a total investment of RMB 450.6335 million.
The project scope includes the construction of a natural gas purification unit with a rated capacity of 1 million Nm³ per day, two liquefaction units each with a rated capacity of 500,000 Nm³ per day, a 10,000 m³ LNG storage tank, an LNG loading station equipped with four loading arms, as well as associated utility and auxiliary facilities, and office and residential amenities. The produced liquefied natural gas will primarily be used for regional gas storage and emergency peak‑shaving, as a clean fuel for trucks, for distributed energy supply, and for non‑pipeline industrial gas applications.
