Hebei Lingang Chemical Co., Ltd. 100 kt/a Ion-Exchange Membrane Caustic Soda Project
At the end of 2007, our company successfully undertook the engineering design for Hebei Lingang Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 100 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project. The total investment for this project is approximately RMB 380 million. The project incorporates advanced ion-exchange membrane caustic soda electrolysis technology from the foreign firm Wuxi Company. Specifically, it encompasses facilities for primary brine preparation, secondary brine preparation and electrolysis, dechlorination of dilute brine, chlorine treatment, chlorine compression, hydrogen treatment, electrolysis, hydrochloric acid synthesis, chlorine liquefaction and vaporization, liquid chlorine packaging, liquid chlorine cylinder inspection, as well as finished‑product storage and transportation.
