Project Performance
Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical Company’s Technical Center Relocation and Renovation Project
This project is located within the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering a site area of approximately 8,000 m², with a total construction investment of RMB 45.32 million. The project comprises three production units—phenylguanidine, flame retardants, and nitenpyram—along with their associated utility infrastructure. In accordance with the requirements of the Nantong Municipal Government, Jiangshan Shares will complete its relocation to the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone by 2010. To ensure timely relocation in 2010, the entire move will be implemented in phases. The company has prioritized the relocation and upgrading of its corporate technology center, recognizing it as a critical initiative that will determine the company’s long-term growth potential and the success of its product‑structure adjustments. The production processes employed in this project are proprietary technologies jointly developed by Jiangshan Agrochemical Co., Ltd., the Shenyang Institute of Chemical Research, and Tianjin University, characterized by low process hazards, strong economic viability, and reduced emissions of waste gases, wastewater, and solid waste.
