Electronic Chemicals Project of Erdos Gelin Da Electronic Materials Co., Ltd.
The project is located in the Dongsheng Equipment Manufacturing Base of Ordos City, and our company is responsible for preparing the preliminary feasibility study report, as well as the conceptual and construction‑stage design.
The total investment for this project is approximately RMB 209 million, with a site area of 60 mu. The project’s production capacity is 62,600 tons per year of electronic chemicals, including tetramethylammonium hydroxide, BOE etchant, CF developer, KOH cleaning solution, CF stripper, and electronic-grade isopropyl alcohol, among others. For the process route, the project adopts a technology independently developed by Hangzhou GelinDa, which uses dimethyl carbonate and trimethylamine to produce industrial‑grade tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH). The TMAH production process comprises several stages: raw material storage, raw material purification, reactant mixing, intermediate synthesis and evaporation, electrolyte purification, and electrolysis.
