Zhejiang Jiahe Wood Industry Co., Ltd. 80,000-ton-per-year Water-Based Emulsion and Additives Technological Upgrade Project
The project is located in the Jiaxing Port Area of Zhejiang Province, and our company is responsible for the schematic design and construction drawing design.
The total investment for this project is approximately RMB 168 million, and the plant site covers about 33,000 m². The production capacity is 8,000 tons per year of waterborne acrylic emulsions and related additives. The process employs an advanced seed‑emulsion polymerization technology. The overall site layout makes full use of existing facilities, ensuring compliance with production, transportation, and maintenance requirements, as well as with relevant fire‑protection and safety regulations.
